Warranty:
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and breakage for a period of 1 year after the date of sale. The warranty does not cover: abuse, neglect, lost items or normal wear and tear. Please contact us if you believe your product has failed under warranty and we will evaluate your case.
Return Policy:
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will do everything possible to make it right. Incorrect item(s), defective item(s) or missing parts claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. If you have changed your mind on a purchase you may return it for a refund as long as the item is in "as new, unused" condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the incorrect item was shipped or the product is defective. Any shipping fees are non refundable.
Return Instructions:
Contact Z Precision to obtain an RMA number. Include RMA number on the return shipment. Please retain the tracking number from your return shipment, exchanges or refunds will be provided only once the product has been received at our facility. Z Precision is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged return shipments.
